美国ITC发布对功率转换器模块及包含该模块的计算系统的337部分终裁

2024年1月25日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定功率转换器模块及包含该模块的计算系统（Certain Power Converter Modules And Computing Systems Containing The Same，调查编码：337-TA-1370）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2023年12月22日作出的初裁（No.16）不予复审，即基于申请方撤回，终止对美国Delta Electronics (USA), Inc., of Plano, TX、中国台湾地区Quanta Cloud Technology Inc. of Taoyuan City, Taiwan、美国Quanta Cloud Technology USA LLC of San Jose, CA的调查。

2023年8月14日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定功率转换器模块及包含该模块的计算系统（Certain Power Converter Modules And Computing Systems Containing The Same）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1370）。

2023年7月12日，美国Vicor Corporation of Andover, MA向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其知识产权（美国注册专利号9,166,481、9,516,761、10,199,950），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。
