APL宣布了以下关于费率适用性的新规则，从2020年2月1日起生效。

| All Latin America trades EXCEPT to/from the following countries/territories: (Non-FMC only) – Canada – Puerto Rico – U.S. – Virgin Islands | The rates, rules and charges applicable to any given shipment are effective on vessel sailing date. |
| All Latin America trades to/from the following countries/territories: (FMC) – Canada – Puerto Rico – U.S. – Virgin Islands | The rates, rules and charges applicable to any given shipment are effective on the date of cargo gate-in and cargo is in possession by APL or its agent. |
